This is not something I do very often, however, there is always an exception. I am talking about a creative & graphic design company based in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada who provides our marketing materials, graphic design, and sales materials. In the last 15 years that I’ve been in business, I’ve had many instances to utilize the services of ‘graphic designers’. I’ve come to discover that while many design houses claim to be ‘graphic designers’, very few can deliver on their promises. They either have a tremendous amount of pre-creativity but lack the technical skills to execute our/their vision. Then, there’s McInnis Design Inc. who came highly recommended by a friend of mine.
Right from the beginning I realized that McInnis Design was different than all the posers that I had the misfortune of encountering. Instinctually, they seemed to truly understand the most important thing that all the others before them had missed. They listened to me. Rather than trying to tell me my vision before I had even finished explaining it to them, they listened. Asked a few questions, and then listened some more. At that point I knew that if they would take me on as a client that they would design everything I would need for many years to come.
I have been dealing with Bob McInnis of McInnis Design for the past 4 years and today I am not sure where I would be without him. His creations in design have placed us as a prestigious brand in the Canadian marketplace. Our market positioning has a tremendous impact on our ongoing success.
McInnis Design is extremely reliable, professional and has delivered every concept on time, every time, without fail. Bob McInnis possessed the business savvy to quickly grasp concepts and turn out exceptional visuals with very little revision required – and all within the committed deadlines. I can’t say enough about the quality, the speed, the attention to detail and the effectiveness of their work!
I will leave you with this thought to ponder over while you’re trying to decide whether or not your search for a designer is over. If you can envision it and articulate it, McInnis Design can create it. No matter how complicated you think it is, if you can explain it, they can do it. The personal service that’s offered is something to admire, because service is not on most companies radar. His ability to bring forth from a vision to reality is amazing!
